FODUBU LTD, operator of TRACO (Trade-Agri-Connect), is committed to protecting the privacy of every Pioneer, farmer, and user on the platform. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our marketplace, tractor loan, satellite monitoring, and Eco-Finance services. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

• Authenticate you via Pi Network and route payments to the FODUBU shared wallet.
• Process marketplace purchases, tractor loan daily deductions, and fee splits.
• Monitor satellite field data for the 5 TRACO regions in Burundi.
• Communicate loan payment schedules, product updates, and platform announcements.
• Detect and prevent fraud, account abuse, and unauthorized transactions.
• Comply with legal obligations under Burundian law and international regulations.
• Improve platform performance and develop new TRACO features.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human oversight.

4Pi Network Data & Wallet

TRACO integrates with Pi Network's authentication and payment SDK. When you authenticate or make a payment, Pi Network shares your public profile (username and UID) with TRACO. Your private Pi wallet key is never shared with or stored by TRACO. The FODUBU shared destination wallet address is public by design:

All on-chain transaction records are permanently public on the Pi/Stellar blockchain and outside FODUBU's control. The live GCV rate used at the time of each deduction is logged in our database for transparency and audit.

5Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
• FODUBU Ecosystem: Data is shared between TRACO, SeTra, and FODUBU Main only where necessary for unified authentication and payment routing.
• fodubu-unified-api backend: Our Railway.app cloud server and MongoDB Atlas database process and store your data securely.
• Pi Network: Transaction data is submitted to Pi Network's payment platform as required for payment completion.
• Legal Authorities: Data may be disclosed if required by Burundian law or valid legal process.

6Data Retention & Security

All data is encrypted in transit via Cloudflare SSL/TLS Full (Strict). MongoDB Atlas enforces access controls, IP whitelisting, and encrypted storage at rest. Server access is monitored and logged.

Manage your optional cookie preferences below. Essential and loan-consent cookies cannot be disabled as they are required to operate TRACO.

8Your Privacy Rights

All rights requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and fully responded to within 7 days. Use the form in Section 12 below.

9Children's Privacy

TRACO is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us at infos@fodubu.com within 24 hours.

10International Transfers

TRACO serves users globally. Data may be processed on servers in the United States (Railway.app, MongoDB Atlas) and in Burundi. Where data is transferred internationally, FODUBU ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Pi Network blockchain is decentralised and its nodes are distributed globally.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes via the TRACO platform at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of TRACO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
